NSF GRFP Faculty Mentors

Each Stanford Biosciences Home Program has designated faculty to help students develop strong NSF GRFP proposals. These NSF GRFP Faculty Mentors are committed to helping you so feel free to also make an appointment via email with them! Their roles include:

• Ensuring eligible students have access to the resources necessary to successfully complete both the scientific and personal statement portions of the NSF GRFP proposal
• Serving as a key resource for guidance and feedback to students writing NSF GRFP proposals
• Designating home program or department-specific faculty reviewers for proposals that will be submitted for the October deadline
