Workshop & Call for Collaborators: Writing non-US grants
Workshop: Writing non-US grants (in person only)
December 11, 11:30-12:30 PM (registration closed), LKSC130
Are you an international student or postdoc at Stanford and are you wondering what kind of grants you can apply for? The Grant Writing Academy is organizing a one-hour workshop about non-US grant writing. During this workshop, we will highlight the major differences in applications between US and non-US grants and provide an overview of multiple non-US funding opportunities, focusing on European grants. We have reached maximum occupancy and will have another offering in January. More info to come.
Call for Collaborators: International Postdoc Grant Writers Community of Practice
This is a pilot workshop that will be given by our Grant Writing Coach Iris. This workshop is the first of its kind. Given the significant and diverse international postdoc community at Stanford, we are exploring the idea of developing a community of practice for international grant writers. If you are an international postdoc or graduate student who has experience writing grants or will be writing grants, whether US-based or international, we would like to hear from you. We hope to build a community and learn from each other. This could look like hosting informational panels or population specific workshops (depending on needs and interests). Please indicate your interest by filling out this form.
