R2G2: Upskill your PEDP

The Plan for Enhancing Diverse Perspectives (PEDP) is a summary of strategies to advance research impact through inclusivity. We will use a case study approach and discuss strategies to better integrate plans for enhancing diversity throughout proposed research grants. The objective is to transform this requirement from an item to be ticked off on the grant submission checklist to a thoughtful, reflective response that helps meet NIH and the scientific community’s policy goals on inclusivity.
